Privacy
We use account, search and notification information to run the alerts you choose.
Information we store
You can check stock without an account. Email accounts store an account identifier, email address, verification status and a securely hashed password. Session cookies keep you signed in. Session records also include IP address and browser information to operate and protect account access. Existing service-owner sessions may use the original hosting sign-in. We store saved ZIP codes, search radii, phone preferences, chosen channels and whether each alert is active.
When you set up notifications, we store your email or mobile number, verification and consent timestamps, and opt-out status. Push setup stores a device subscription, its endpoint and encryption keys, and an optional device label. We record stock checks, notification status and provider receipt identifiers to operate the service and investigate failures. Phone verification codes are handled by the verification provider. Account verification and password-reset records expire after use or their stated validity period.
If you purchase a pass, we store purchase and payment-provider identifiers, price, payment and refund status, pass dates, ZIP coverage and text allowance. Stripe collects payment details; Duo Radar does not store your full card number.
Services that process information
The hosting platform stores and runs this website and its database. Resend processes email, Twilio processes phone verification and text messages, and browser push services deliver web notifications when those channels are configured. Stripe processes payments and refunds. These services receive information needed for their respective functions. Apple receives the information you submit on Apple’s site when you check or buy a phone.
Your controls
In My alerts, pause or delete saved searches, change notification consent, or remove your contact details. Removing contact details pauses alerts and clears stored contact information from notification message snapshots. Your sign-in email may still appear from your signed-in identity; that does not renew email consent.
Remove registered push devices separately in Notification settings, or revoke notification permission in your browser. Reply STOP to stop text alerts. Requests already submitted to a delivery provider cannot be recalled, and a notification already in transit may still arrive.
Support requests
When you submit an account support request, we store its subject, message, signed-in account and email, any linked purchase, and the service owner’s reply. Requests and replies are visible to you and the service owner. Use Support for questions about your information. Do not include passwords, payment card details or verification codes.
Retention and browser storage
Saved searches and notification settings remain until you change or remove them. We retain operational records, anti-abuse counters and necessary payment/refund records and support correspondence after contact removal. Provider records are subject to each provider’s own retention practices. Public stock checks use short-lived demand records and keyed, hashed network identifiers for rate limiting; the application does not store raw IP addresses in those counters. The browser uses session storage to preserve an unfinished search through sign-in and uses a service worker and push subscription when you enable push notifications.
Notification messages can appear on your device’s lock screen according to your device settings. Avoid entering information in a saved search or device label that you do not want associated with these notifications.
