Duo Radar helps you check Apple Store pickup availability. Your purchase is for monitoring and notifications.

Free checks and the 30-day pass

Checking stock is free and does not require an account. Saving searches and managing alerts require an email account. Checks are subject to service availability and rate limits. The $7.99 USD pass provides 30 days of automatic monitoring in one ZIP area, with exact or flexible iPhone Duo color and storage preferences, email and push notifications, and up to 20 US stock text alerts. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. The pass does not renew automatically. Owner accounts designated by the service can use monitoring without payment.

Your pass begins when payment is confirmed, expires at the time shown in your account, and covers the ZIP area shown there. Pausing an alert does not pause the pass clock. Notification setup and consent are required for each channel. Buying a pass does not turn on an alert: finish setup and choose Turn on. You can pause or delete a search at any time.

What alerts can and cannot do

We periodically check available pickup information and notify you after a fresh matching result. This is not a live feed from Apple. Source restrictions, outages, limited nearby-store results, network delays and notification settings can affect coverage and timing. A submitted notification may be delayed or never delivered.

We do not sell, reserve or buy a phone for you. Stock can sell out before you open an alert or complete checkout. Confirm the model, price, store and pickup availability on Apple’s website. Apple handles your phone purchase. Duo Radar is independent of Apple and is not endorsed or sponsored by Apple.

Notification choices

Choose only channels you want to use. Text alerts require a verified US mobile number and explicit consent; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Push requires a supported browser or installed Home Screen web app and permission on that device. Email requires a verified signed-in address and consent. Your text allowance and pass expiration appear in My alerts.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes pass payments. You can request a full refund within seven days of your first pass purchase using Payments & refunds in your account. Monitoring is suspended while a refund is pending and ends when it is confirmed. See the Refund Policy for details. Nothing here removes rights you may have under applicable law.

Text allowance is used when a message is submitted for delivery. A message whose delivery cannot be confirmed may still count; delivery status is shown in your account. Contact Support for service or payment questions.

Using the service

Use your own account and contact details. Do not bypass rate limits, interfere with monitoring, or use the service to send messages to another person without their consent. We may pause access to address misuse, operational failures or payment issues. We may update these terms for future purchases; the price and duration shown at your checkout govern that pass.
